Started as a sub contractor on Lv utility clearance for black forestry in 2009 progressed to team leader in 2011 gained a number of qualifications and moved up in the company. Started as a second climber in 2016 on Brockwells forestry carrying out Hv utility tree clearance working across sse dnos network. Formed Jv tree services in 2017 and built up a client base across domestic and commercial sectors carrying out all aspects of arborculter and vegetation clearance works nationwide.
Started in the industry in 1989 planting trees for an East Sussex based landscape business, started working at Brockwells forestry in 1994 as a Groundsman and progressed in the company. Gained qualifications as a utility arborist carrying out tree clearance works up to 132volts. Started black forestry in 2005 and contracted to utility Dnos across Kent and the south east running multiple teams and machinery. Progressed into forestry extraction and processing. Started carrying out works with Jvtreeservices in 2017 on domestic and commercial projects nationwide to present.
Started in the arboriculture industry in 2001 working for a small based tree surgery business in East Sussex carrying out all aspects of tree surgery. Started freelance commercial climbing in 2009 for a number of arb companies across the south east. In 2015 set up S Cannings timber extraction and fire wood processing carrying out timber felling and woodland management in East Sussex. He sold the business in 2020 and subcontracted to Jv tree services as a specialist climber working on some of the most demanding projects to present.
Started out in the arboriculture industry working for KPS based in East Sussex and achieved qualifications and grew in the company. In 2022 headed to Australia to gain knowledge and experience working on a variety of demanding projects working for Tallow tree services in Byron bay Nsw as lead climber carrying out projects from the Gold Coast to Darwin Northern Territory’s including large scale highways health and safety works. Started as subcontractor climber in 2023 with jvtreeservices ltd.
